Policy for Bookings & Cancellations
Sessions are booked in full-hour blocks and must be reserved in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your slot. think of it as reserving Alvaro's time, not just a place in line. Once paid, you'll receive a confirmation with the agreed date, time, and medium (chat platform or Telegram voice).
Every session comes with a small grace buffer for late starts or last-minute overruns. No need to watch the clock like a hawk.
Need to move your session? Just let Alvaro know at least 24 hours before your booked time, and we'll find a new slot together, no extra charge. Requests made less than 24 hours out may not be guaranteed a same-week reschedule.
Cancel more than 48 hours before your session: full refund, no questions asked.
Cancel within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is retained, as this time was already held for you.
No-shows (no message, no reschedule request) forfeit the full fee.
On the rare occasion Alvaro needs to reschedule or cancel, you'll be notified as early as possible and offered a new slot or a full refund, your choice.
These sessions are real-time and personal by nature; they can't be "delivered late" the way a written piece can. This policy exists so both your time and Alvaro's are respected equally.
